1. Delivery Times

At ROSARAT , we work to ensure that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are:

European Union countries: between 7 and 15 business days ;

Other regions in Europe: up to 20 business days .

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of your payment.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers or postal services, depending on the destination and delivery method selected. A tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Delays

Although we work with estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, peak demand periods, or logistical issues from carriers. If your order exceeds the maximum delivery time, please contact us at info@rosarat.com .

4. Order Tracking

You can follow your order using the tracking code sent to your email. If you have any questions regarding delivery, our support team will be available to help you.

5. Delivery Attempts and Recipient Not Available

If the carrier or postal service is unable to deliver your order, additional attempts may be made. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to the sender. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address. If the order is returned due to an address error, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
