Our commitment is to guarantee customer satisfaction.
If the product presents a manufacturing defect , please contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving it to request an exchange or return.

For returns due to change of mind , the deadline is also 7 calendar days , in accordance with consumer protection standards.

The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and may be issued via reverse to the credit card or refund through the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and then request the return within the stipulated period. Orders that have been paid may be canceled before shipping upon request via info@rosarat.com .
