At Rosarat, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to customers in Ireland and complies with European Union and Irish consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (EU Online Orders)

When purchasing online from Rosarat, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.

In addition, Rosarat offers a more generous 30-day returns policy, detailed below.


2. Rosarat 30-Day Returns Policy

Beyond your legal rights, Rosarat offers a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage not caused during transit may not qualify for a refund.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional)

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Full return instructions

  • The return address

  • Confirmation on whether a prepaid return label applies (see Section 4)

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns
(Does not apply to faulty or incorrect items)

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or not as described

Rosarat will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label, in accordance with EU consumer law.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@rosarat.com.

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Repair (where applicable)

Customers are always entitled to remedies for faulty goods under Irish and EU consumer law.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or hygiene items if the seal has been broken

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.


7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return authorisation

  2. Return the original item once approved

  3. Place a new order for your preferred size, colour, or item

Direct exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to stock availability.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@rosarat.com.


9. Your Irish & EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including:

  • Your right to cancel online purchases within the cooling-off period

  • Your right to remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods

  • Your protections under EU and Irish consumer law

These rights exist independently of Rosarat’s 30-day store policy.
